Osaka, a good place for travel

As we all know that Japanese Yen is cheaper recently and it is a good reason for you to travel to Japan. Japan is big country and it is suitable for all people to either travel or for a vacation. Some people may ask that where they should go if it is the first time of travelling to Japan. I have been to Japan many times and I recommend Osaka for those people who have never been there before.

A good place for relaxing

As a good travel place, it is important that it can help you to feel relaxed. In Osaka, no matter you are young people or elderly, there are many places for you to have a relaxing holiday. If you love to visit some natural scenery, Osaka can provide some good places for you. In Nara, you can have the chance to close to deer. It is a famous place in Osaka that many tourists and local people like to visit to play with deer and take pictures with them. After visiting those lovely deer, you can go to the Todai-ji. In Japan, there are many special and traditional temples and Todai-ji is one of the most famous Buddhist temple complexes. People are used to go there to pray for blessings and hope to make the dream come true.

Moreover, hot spring is very popular in Japan. After a tiring day, going to soak in a hot spring is a good choice. In Osaka, there are many hotels which provide hot springs. Therefore, you can choose a hotel with hot spring and get relaxed at night.

A good place for fun

In every country, they usually have their own special theme parks. However, in Japan, there are several famous theme parks. When you visit Osaka, I recommend you to go to Universal Studios Japan. It is one of the four Universal Studios theme parks. Some people said that it is a “must go” place when you travel to Osaka. It has some common games with other Universal studios, such as Holly Dream- the ride- backdrop and the New amazing adventure of Spider-Man. However, some special items are only showed in Osaka. In July 15, 2014, they opened a new area which was the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and it has attracted many fans of Harry Potter to travel there. From January 23 to May 23, 2015, the theme park will open new areas for four famous Japanese animations; it is including Attack on Titan, Resident Evil, Neon Genesis Evangelion and Monster Hunter. If you are the fans of those animations, Universal Studios Japan is a good choice for you.

                                           

A good place for shopping and eating

Osaka is a shopping and food paradise. Fashion items and some healthy items are easy to find in Osaka. Shinsaibshi is a good place for you to have a satisfying shopping day. Pharmacy is one of the targets of some tourists in which you can find many beauty and healthy items there. The pharmacies there are cheaper than that in other places. Moreover, you can find many fashion items here, no matter for local brands or international brands. 

On the other hand, you can find many local foods in Osaka and their food is delicious. Sushi and sashimi are famous in Osaka and it is always tourists’ favorites. Furthermore, one thing you should try in Osaka is Okonomiyaki. It is a local food in Osaka and it is very different from those sold in Hong Kong.  

                                                

                                           

The first time I go to Japan is Osaka and I think it is a good place for tourists. You will find that you will enjoy the time in Osaka.

Love In Buff , same sense but different feeling

You may say that Love in Puff is a story about romantic and it is full of shady relationship that it is about the protagonists’ lives before they have a relationship. The difference between Love in Puff and Love in Buff is that how two normal people have passion towards each other (Love in Puff) and how they deal with problems in the reality which they realize that love is not as simple as they thought (Love in Buff ).

The story of Love in Buff is about Jimmy and Cherie facing more difficulties in their romantic relationship and as soon as they split up, both individually end up in Beijing following their jobs to China’s capital city, and both begin new relationships there

. However, despite they try hard to forget about each other, they can’t seem to escape away from their pasts.

After breaking up, Jimmy meets YouYou, who is a beautiful young woman. Jimmy is interested in this young woman because she is a beautiful flight attendant and she is active. Comparing with Cherie, they are of two different types. As YouYou is elegant and young, Jimmy cannot find one similar character of Cherie in her. To Jimmy, she is a very good choice for him after breaking up. However, the director’s intention is not to ask Jimmy to enjoy a new relationship with the new girl, he is trying to use this relationship as a reflection for Jimmy to find out that he loves Cherie so much and he is used to the things he did with Cherie and he cannot change anymore.

As a sequel to the movie, the director, Pan Ho Cheung did a good job using the same scene and keeping the character of the role unchanged, but changing their positions instead of developing a new story. As a viewer, I find it very interesting. In Love in Buff, Cherie tried to conceal her boyfriend of what she had done with Jimmy. In Love in Buff II, Jimmy tried to conceal his girlfriend of what he had done with Cherie. They are of the same scenario and both betray their partner, Cherie’s betrayal seems normal yet Jimmy’s betrayal seems like he is inconstant in love. The reason why the viewers will generate this feeling is because the director did a very good job to tell the audience what is suitable for us and what is not. 

Playing dry ice in the toilet is used in both Love in Buff and Love in Puff and this action is a key point to remind Jimmy who he really wants. Watching dry ice floating in the toilet, YouYou said it is very dirty and she didn’t like it but Jimmy clearly likes it as it reminds him of Cherie, who thinks it is beautiful. At that moment, YouYou only concerns that ice will block the toilet and she consider Jimmy’s action is childish. It can express that this girl is not suitable for Jimmy because she is not enjoying and appreciating what he thinks it is fun.

Love in Buff is no longer a local film because it was filmed in mainland and it was film cooperation between Hong Kong and Mainland China. Some people may be angry that the characteristic of Love in Puff may disappear because they think that some other elements have been added in the film in order to cater the mainland viewers. Therefore, local people were not expecting too much since the trailer revealed. However, it is still a good movie; the director keeps characteristic of the original’s role and keeps the story going.

                                              

Practice makes you success, Miriam Yeung Chin Wah

In the Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2015, Miriam Yeung Chin Wah got the best female singer. When she accepted this award, she was very happy and it could tell by her body language. Also, we can know by her speech that she is a person who always makes plans and sticks with it very well. 

“I’m a person who likes to make plans. Since I was a nurse, my motto is “Prevention Is Better than Cure” and it can be put in any situations.” Miriam said.

People always commented that the music industry in Hong Kong is nearly dead. When being asked about whether Hong Kong music industry had missed the best timing for a change, Miriam thought that there is still hope and she is willing to help improving the field that gave her success for the past two decades.

“Music fans are impatient nowadays, therefore, new singers are facing a harder situation than we did. As a precursor, I have the obligation to help them. Hence, I will go to their concert to support them if I have the time and I enjoy doing so.”

Nowadays, people always complain that the songs released from new singers are not good. Miriam had started her career since 20 years ago and her experience can be considered as a good reflection to those new singers. “In the past, the music fans in Hong Kong are more patient. When I was a new singer, my new songs were not very popular and they said I was not able to be a singer. After that, I found a teacher to teach me how to sing and did more practices on my music. Hence, I got hit-songs and endorsements.”

It is true that the new generation of fans are being more impatient and they will not wait for record labels to release music slowly. In Hong Kong, time is priceless. If new singers release some good songs and they receive good response, their label will arrange small concerts to show that their fame are rising. However, are all new singers ready for concerts? People always grouse about new singer’s unstable live performance. “Both music fans and singers need to be patient. If someone said my performance is not up to a level, I will sing and practice more in order to get endorsement. There is no doubt that the songs nowadays are more difficult. However, I believe that singers can sing well if they are willing to practice more.” Miriam said it seriously.

A TV show had discussed that the Hong Kong music industry and they found that the threshold of holding a concert in Hong Kong Coliseum is lower than before. Hong Kong Coliseum is a dream for all Hong Kong singers and it is a recognition for a popular singer. In the past, singers open concert in Hong Kong Coliseum for many days. However, new singer only opens for one day nowadays. So, does it prove that singers are less popular than before? “We could not say that it is not good for new singers to open concert early. It is because it can help them to gain more attention from public and it is a good way for companies to upgrade their singers. However, it also raises a problem that people will question about the quality of the concerts.”

Miriam Yeung is a diva in Hong Kong and her experience in Hong Kong music industry can denote that the way to success is nothing more than hard work. Also, as a singer, they should feel thankful that there are people to help with their careers. “When I was a new singer, I think I’m hardy. But now, I think I’m blessed. Hence, I feel very pleased and I cherish every album I make whether it is going to be successful or not.”   

The influenza in Hong Kong is being more serious

The influenza is now happening in Hong Kong. In the past three days, eighteen people are died of the influenza, Hospital Authority confirmed that among ten people are from the public hospital, and private hospitals are also rare the new eight deaths in three days, it is the first announced private hospital with flu deaths in this year; a number of local schools also happens H3N2 case. The cases of death due to influenza have accumulated to ninety-nine. Centre for Health Protection sent the letter to all school and hospital in Hong Kong yesterday; notice that influence causes will increase more in the next few weeks, calling people to strengthen the security measure to prevent the influenza.

Start from the last month, Centre for Health Protection is going to strengthen the monitoring of the case in hospitals. The government shows that the case of H3N2 in Hong Kong has been increased in these days. Until Wednesday, the case in hospital due to flu has been increased to one hundred sixty-two, and ninety nine people were killed. Only in the past three days, Hong Kong has been added nineteen severe or fatal cases, and eighteen people are killed by flu. In severe cases, over 90% are infected with H3N2 influenza.

                                           
The Center sent the letter to doctors and hospitals in Hong Kong yesterday, it mainly point out that the influenza will be more seriously in the next few weeks and indicate more people will be influenced. Hence, they call all the hospitals, school and institutions should strengthen the measure to prevent the influenza and other respiratory diseases. The letter also emphasized that people should avoid to go to some crowded public places and some public places with poor air. It is because it will increase the opportunity of getting H3N2. Moreover, the high risk groups in these places should wear a mask in order to avoid spreading the germ.

                                             

Over the past three days, it adds a new child with severe influenza case; the patient was a two old boy. He did not suffer long- term illness in itself, since the last month, he suffered fever, cough, runny nose, vomiting and unconsciousness. The next day, he was admitted to United Hospital. His doctor said that he needs to stay at intensive care unit for observation and medical treatment. The test revealed that he infected with influenza, CHP refers boy had influenza vaccination; their families do not have symptoms. Children with severe flu cases this year accumulated to eleven, no deaths.

                                        

In addition, the center confirmed that a number of local schools had reported flu outbreaks , including the Hong Kong Japanese School in Happy Valley, the Christian international school in Sha Tin, the Livelihood College Primary School in Kowloon City, it is involving sixty-five children and a staff member, the age of the student is five years old to thirteen years old , thirty-five boys and thirty girls, and all those who are in stable condition.

 

Classroom door installation disinfectant machine

Influenza is serious recently; schools have strengthened their epidemic- prevention. The president of SzeTo Ho secondary School said that teachers get sick recently and mostly is flu. The disinfectant machines have been installed in each classroom door in the school, to remind the students that it is time to disinfect their hands. School also installed the X-ray light disinfection and nine machines were installed in the toilets a music room library, as well as the principal room. School also remind the parents that do not allow children to come to school if they are sick.
